The home side welcome Scott Parker back from suspension and he is expected to start here. Though Harry Redknapp seems happy to rotate his defence and goalkeeper, he is less likely to do so with the attack. Also expect a strong midfield to be named for this match.

Gareth Bale will return from the illness that kept him out of the Manchester United game whilst Rafael van der Vaart is also fit, but William Gallas look set for late fitness tests. Louis Saha will miss out entirely after Redknapp revealed the Frenchman had fluid drained from his knee following defeat to Manchester United.

For the visitors, recent loan signing Jordan Slew is cup-tied, having played in Blackburn's 2-1 loss at Newcastle earlier in the competition.

Goalkeeper Chris Day is expected to start at White Hart Lane, marking a return to the club where he began his career 17 years ago. Manager Gary Smith looks set to be able to name close to his strongest side for this short trip to north London.

Tottenham are heavy favourites here and rightly so but there is no value in backing them in Full Time Result market. Odds of 1.2 at best. It's also hard to call how many goals there will be in this game. The 1st match between these 2 finished in a 0-0 draw with not many chances for either side. Stevenage played for the draw in order to get extra money from the replay and Spurs couldn't break them down.
